The cover features Penco's signature design with two-color letterpress printing. The back cover is made of thick board, making it easy to draw even when holding the sketchbook in your hand.

The off-white drawing paper has a soft touch with a moderately textured surface. It absorbs well and dries quickly, making it ideal for watercolor. The texture is not too deep, and the surface is strong, making it resistant to fraying when using an eraser.

The lineup includes two types with different paper thicknesses, but the paper characteristics and grain are the same. Medium (121g/m²) has a standard drawing paper thickness, making it easy to use for colored pencils, crayons, and pencil sketches.
