Return Policy

At Calliope:

We only accept exchanges and you MUST have your receipt.

All items must be in sellable condition with original packaging.

No exchanges are accepted on greeting cards, open stock paper, dated or seasonal items.

Online orders:

If you place an order online and choose to cancel it, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee if we have already started to get it ready to ship.

Once your order leaves our hands it is in the care of the shipping carriers. Tracking is provided to you and we have no additional information.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of its arrival date and provide photos of the damaged items and the packaging.
