Shipping policy

Online orders are processed in the order which they are received and typically take 2-3 business days to package and send out. On our very busy days, orders may take up to 2 weeks to process to our very high standards.

These days are Calliope shop birthday, Stationery Store Day, Hobonichi Day, Onesie Twosie Sale, and Small Business Saturday.

We work extremely hard to get your orders as fast as we can but we also want to make sure your order arrives complete, safe, AND CUTE! It make take us a bit to pull your order and send it on its way but that's because we're taking super good care of it. We are a VERY small team, oftentimes just ONE of us is packing up orders while also running the store.

We know you're excited but we don't sell milk or meds so waiting for stationery should not be a big deal ok?

Please remember orders not only take our handling time in addition to the time it takes for USPS to transport it. For example; if you chose Priority Shipping, that means USPS should deliver it in 2-3 business days once we pack it up and give it to them.

Tracking will be provided to you once your order ships.

Calliope is not responsible if the USPS/delivery company loses your package. We're just not. Please don't ask any small business to replace your package if it gets lost by a carrier because in most cases we won't be able to and we didn't lose it in the first place.

Before worrying too much, give it an extra day. All too often a carrier will scan your package and then for whatever reason not actually drop it so wait at least until the next day. check with your neighbors first. Claims on a lost package should be made to your local carrier.
